HOPLAB · campaign operations · snapshot 20 July 2026

The schedule is preserved. Execution is paused.

This review artifact consolidates the project calendar, recurring campaign rituals, field activations, founder events and the longer event pipeline. Nothing below is a live commitment while the client’s go/no-go decision, ownership and commercial arrangement remain unclear.

01 · Active calendar snapshot

Known discrepancy: task #829 says Friday debriefs run through 14 August, while calendar #14 runs through 21 August. The event notes identify 21 August as a 60-minute campaign retro; that interpretation is preserved below.

Updates / notesWeekly close (first one Jul 24, after W1). 3–6 list done/not-done; LAPS numbers vs goals 9–12 (40 prospects/wk, 3 meetings/wk, waitlist, partners); double-down list + cut list; one lesson. The scheduled analytics agent posts the numbers snapshot at 15:00 — the debrief starts from it, not from collecting them by hand. Aug 21 = campaign retro (extend to 60 min).

[Platform] Campaign rituals + automation — Monday priorities, Friday LAPS debrief, weekly analytics agenttask #829
Platform assigneeAndrii
State / deadlinespark · 2026-07-20T17:00:00.000Z
Full source updateOwner: Agentic platform. Due: Jul 17.

1. Recurring calendar events on project 208: Monday 09:30 "Campaign priorities (3–6 items)" + Friday 16:00 "LAPS debrief" — weekly until Aug 14 (Priestley ritual bookends; one pair, 30 min each).
2. Scheduled agent (Claude routine): every Friday 15:00 pulls the week's numbers — new prospects, touches sent, replies, meetings booked, form submissions by source (Umami+forms), goal progress — and posts a snapshot comment to this direction + updates sales-goal currentValue. The Friday human debrief starts from this snapshot instead of collecting numbers manually.
3. Optional daily loop (proposed, needs OK): 20-min morning agent session that sources 10 new prospects/day into the pipeline during the campaign.
4. Every task in this direction gets progress comments as work happens — the board IS the campaign log.

[Andrii] Weekly event rituals — the zero-budget beta engine (Sat run club + Tue track + Thu coworking)task #833
Platform assigneeAndrii
State / deadlinespark · 2026-07-21T17:00:00.000Z
Full source updateOwner: Andrii (sales, ~10h/wk). Starts Jul 16. All three verified live and recurring as of Jul 14.

These three replace paid acquisition. €0, and they repeat every week of the campaign:

1. **Porto Expat Runners — Track Tuesday, 19:00, Estádio do Dragão** (recurring 3×/week; Track Tuesday is the pick). Verifier's call: "highest data-nerd density per hour" of anything found. Bring nothing but a QR code to the beta signup. → B2C beta.
2. **Founders Running Club :: Porto — every Saturday 10:00–11:30, Vila Nova de Gaia.** Founders + running in one room: B2C beta AND B2B relationships simultaneously. Andrii weekly; João joins fortnightly. → both tracks.
3. **Coworking Thursdays Porto (351 Portuguese Startup Association)** — every Thursday 09:00–18:00, rotating venue. RSVP each Monday. Treat it as a working day with a room full of founders, not an "event". → B2B.

Rule for all three: no pitching. One question — "what do you actually do with your watch data?" — and a QR code if they ask. Every conversation that goes anywhere gets logged as a prospect (source=event) the same day.

Measurement: these feed the beta waitlist goal (80) and the L-stage. If after 2 weeks they produce nothing, cut them in the Friday debrief — that is what the cut list is for.

[João] Founder rooms — DSPT Jul 16, Biz & Buzz Jul 23, Above & Beyond Jul 29task #834
Platform assigneeUnassigned
State / deadlinespark · 2026-07-16T16:00:00.000Z
Full source updateOwner: João. Three evenings across the campaign, all verified Jul 14. ~2–2.5h each.

1. **Thu Jul 16, 18:00–20:30 — Data Science Portugal (DSPT) Meetup #71, Porto** ("It's Not About AI. It's About Us."). LAST one before the summer break. One goal only: 5 minutes with Emília Moreira. Ask, don't pitch.
2. **Thu Jul 23, 18:00 — Porto Business Network "Biz & Buzz", Letraria.** Theme is literally "Personal Business Story" — a free licence to tell the HOP Lab origin story to a room of Porto business owners (= corporate-wellness buyers). (Their Business Talks & Brunch #51 is Sat 18 Jul 11:00 if he prefers a morning.)
3. **Wed Jul 29 — Above & Beyond Hangouts #54 "PITCH, please!", Startup Portugal, Porto.** 2h. Not lead-gen: one relationship with a Startup Portugal programme person.

Discipline: each event = ONE named outcome (a person, not a pile of cards), logged as a prospect with source=event the same evening. Nothing else counts.

[Andrii] Padel B2B — approach Top-padel + Empizinhos BEFORE their tournaments (a real pilot door)task #835
Platform assigneeAndrii
State / deadlinespark · 2026-07-19T17:00:00.000Z
Full source updateOwner: Andrii. Contact window: Jul 15–19 (before FIP Silver starts). Verified Jul 14.

Two real padel tournaments with real money on the line, both at Porto-area clubs:
- **FIP Silver Porto — Jul 20–26, 25.000€ prize money** (Top-padel). Inside the campaign window.
- **Open Empizinhos 2026 — Sept 11–13, Matosinhos, 5.000€ prize money** (FPP Absolutos).

The play is NOT the tournament — it's the CLUB. A club that hosts a FIP Silver has money, ambition and a competitive player base: that is the performance-center ICP (audience 5). Approach management BEFORE the tournament — during it they are unreachable.

Offer: a free 10-player assessment day in the run-up, in exchange for a scoped pilot conversation after. Pitch both clubs, expect to land one. This is one of the three B2B pilots the campaign is chasing.

⚠️ Gated on task 818 (pilot definition + price) — do not send until João confirms what a pilot actually is and costs.

[João] Color For Life, Vila do Conde, Aug 8 17:30 — home turf, civic not conversiontask #836
Platform assigneeUnassigned
State / deadlinespark · 2026-08-08T16:00:00.000Z
Full source updateOwner: João personally, ~3h total. Sat Aug 8, **17:30** (verified — an earlier source said 10:05, which is wrong; the whole plan below depends on it being an evening event).

The ONLY real event inside the 4-week window in HopLab's own town. 5 minutes away, zero travel. Organised by Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa – Delegação de Vila do Conde, backed by Câmara Municipal de Vila do Conde. II edition; sub-10 km run + walk.

**Be honest about the fit:** a colour fun-run is family/first-timer heavy — LOW wearable density. Expect single-digit qualified beta signups. Its value is civic legitimacy in the lab's own town and a warm line to the Câmara — not leads. Judge it on the municipal relationship and photo assets, and nothing else.

Play: offer free post-race blood-pressure/recovery checks at a small table in exchange for logo + a mention in the organiser's comms. Contact turismo@cm-viladoconde.pt / +351 252 248 473 or the CVP delegation.

⚠️ The 2026 edition raises funds for a ventilator, perfusion syringe, two infusion pumps and an equipped trailer — NOT the defibrillator/medical-post of the 2025 edition. Citing last year's cause would damage exactly the relationship this is for.

[Andrii+João] September pipeline — book it in August, or it's gone (SPAT abstract, Espregueira, Runporto)task #837
Platform assigneeAndrii
State / deadlinespark · 2026-08-12T17:00:00.000Z
Full source updateOwners: split below. Do this work in the dead August window — every one of these closes before the campaign ends. All verified Jul 14.

1. **XVII Congresso SPAT (Sociedade Portuguesa de Artroscopia e Traumatologia) — Oct 8–9, VILA DO CONDE.** The clinical ICP's own congress, in HopLab's own town. **SPEAK, don't attend**: submit a 300-word abstract to spat@spat.pt (accepted types include innovations). [João, August] — a talk to a room of orthopaedic/sports-medicine clinicians is worth more than the entire €50 ad budget.
2. **XXII Congresso das Clínicas Espregueira — Oct 16–17, Porto. 2 tickets = €114.** [Andrii] The single spend worth breaking the budget for — treat as sales cost, not marketing. Espregueira = the biggest name in Portuguese sports medicine.
3. **Runporto partnership — Hyundai Meia Maratona do Porto, Sept 13** (12,500-runner scale is UNVERIFIED — do not quote it back to them). [Andrii, week 1] Runporto owns the whole Porto race calendar (Maratona, S. Silvestre, Corrida da Mulher): one relationship = a year of events. Ask TWO things: (a) expo terms, (b) whether they'd co-brand a free "taper readiness" guide to their registrant list. **The list is worth more than the booth.** Do NOT buy a booth blind. HQ is 20 min from Vila do Conde.
4. **NEXii Longevity 2026 — Oct 8–9, Porto.** Perfect ICP, wrong timing. Do NOT buy a ticket: spend 45 min in August scraping the published speaker/sponsor/partner list into the outreach pipeline. [Platform]
5. **Innovating Health Together '26 (Health Cluster Portugal) — Oct 27–28.** Apply to the HealthTech Showroom in August, before applications open properly. [João]
6. **#BEACTIVE DAY / European Week of Sport — Sept 23–30.** Partner, don't attend: in August pitch 2–3 Porto gyms "free assessment slots in your gym during #BEACTIVE week". [Andrii]

Not doing (decided, with reasons): APAH Conferência de Valor (SPAT wins the date), HYROX Portugal (dead category for this campaign), PowerExpo (only if Connect Hub falls through), Global Talent Day (skip unless corporate becomes priority).
