Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how agtc.app collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use agtc.app, an operations platform for project work, intake, artifacts, tasks, calendar events, and collaboration.

agtc.app use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

Who this policy covers

  • This policy applies to agtc.app, including the public website, dashboard, artifact publishing, forms, calendar features, and related integrations.
  • The service is operated for client project operations and collaboration. It is not an advertising network, data broker, or consumer data resale service.

Information we collect from you

  • Account information, including your name, email address, profile image, login provider, and authentication identifiers.
  • Workspace content you create, upload, submit, publish, or sync, including projects, tasks, calendar events, documents, artifacts, forms, notes, comments, links, media, and files.
  • Collaboration and access-control data, including workspace membership, project membership, roles, sharing settings, artifact publication settings, and form submissions.
  • Operational metadata, including timestamps, request logs, error logs, device/browser metadata, and security metadata needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

Google account and Calendar data

  • Google Calendar connection is optional. agtc.app accesses Google data only after you approve the Google OAuth consent screen.
  • When you connect Google Calendar, agtc.app requests basic Google profile and email scopes so we can identify the Google account connected to your agtc.app user account.
  • agtc.app requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly to list the calendars you are subscribed to, including calendar ID, calendar name, time zone, access role, and whether the calendar is primary. We use this only to show available writable calendars and let you choose a sync target.
  • agtc.app requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events to create, update, and delete Google Calendar events that mirror agtc.app calendar events for you. We use this scope only for agtc.app-managed event sync.
  • agtc.app stores Google account connection metadata, selected calendar targets, encrypted refresh tokens, and sync records such as Google event IDs, etags, and event links for agtc.app-managed events.
  • agtc.app does not import, index, sell, or analyze unrelated Google Calendar event content. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising or for generalized AI or machine-learning model training.

AI services and Google Workspace data

  • agtc.app uses the paid commercial Anthropic API and the paid Google Gemini API for optional AI features that process only agtc.app-native content or content a user explicitly submits to an AI feature.
  • Information received from Google Workspace APIs is never transmitted to Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any other AI or machine-learning provider for inference, training, model improvement, or any other secondary purpose.
  • The Google Calendar integration runs through a separate deterministic synchronization path and does not use an AI or machine-learning model.
  • agtc.app does not use self-hosted or offline AI models to process information received from Google Workspace APIs.

Why these Google scopes are the minimum needed

  • calendar.calendarlist.readonly is needed because users must be able to choose which Google Calendar should receive agtc.app events. Broader calendar-list write access is not requested.
  • calendar.events is needed because agtc.app must create, update, and delete synced events as agtc.app project events change. Read-only or free/busy scopes cannot perform event sync, and the broader full-calendar scope is not requested.
  • agtc.app does not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, full Calendar, Calendar ACL, or other Google scopes that are not required for the visible Calendar sync feature.

How we use information

  • To provide the product features you choose to use, including project management, intake, artifact publishing, forms, calendar sync, and collaboration.
  • To authenticate users, secure accounts, enforce access controls, prevent abuse, debug incidents, and maintain service reliability.
  • To communicate with you about product, security, support, legal, and operational matters.
  • To maintain internal records needed for billing, compliance, auditability, and service administration.

Sharing and transfers

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not transfer information received from Google APIs to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or any AI or machine-learning provider, including for inference, training, model improvement, or another secondary purpose.
  • We share information with service providers only as needed to operate agtc.app, such as hosting, database, file storage, authentication, email, logging, and analytics infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own advertising or resale purposes.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, customers, the public, or the service.
  • Human access to Google user data is limited to cases where you ask for support, where access is necessary to investigate security or abuse, or where access is required by law.

Security

  • We use HTTPS in transit and store Google refresh tokens as encrypted secrets.
  • Access to production systems is limited to authorized operators who need it to run, secure, debug, or support the service.
  • We use logging, access controls, and operational monitoring to detect and investigate reliability and security issues.

Retention and deletion

  • Workspace content is retained while the workspace, project, or account remains active unless an authorized user deletes it.
  • Google OAuth tokens, selected calendar targets, and calendar sync records are deleted or revoked when you disconnect Google Calendar or remove the account, subject to short backup and audit retention where required for reliability, security, or legal obligations.
  • When a synced agtc.app event is removed or no longer applies to a user, agtc.app attempts to delete the corresponding agtc.app-managed Google Calendar event.

Your choices

  • You can disconnect Google Calendar from agtc.app settings at any time.
  • You can also revoke agtc.app access from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

  • We may update this policy when the product, integrations, legal requirements, or data practices change.
  • If a change materially affects how agtc.app uses Google user data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify affected users in the product or by email.
