Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of agtc.app, an operations platform for project work, intake, artifacts, tasks, calendar events, forms, and collaboration.

Agreement to these terms

  • By accessing or using agtc.app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy at https://agtc.app/en/privacy.
  • If you use agtc.app on behalf of a company, client, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service for that organization and to add, upload, publish, or sync its content.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Using the service

  • agtc.app provides tools for project operations, client intake, file and note collection, task work, document and artifact creation, form collection, calendar coordination, and internal collaboration.
  • You must use agtc.app only for lawful project, business, and collaboration purposes.
  • You are responsible for the content, files, links, credentials, instructions, form fields, calendar events, and other materials you add, upload, publish, or sync through the service.
  • You must not use agtc.app to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, distribute malware, send spam, bypass access controls, overload the service, or access data that you are not authorized to use.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
  • Workspace owners and administrators control project membership, permissions, shared artifacts, forms, calendar settings, integrations, and related access settings.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect the service, users, customers, or comply with legal requirements.
  • You must promptly tell us if you believe your account or workspace access has been compromised.

Google Calendar and third-party integrations

  • agtc.app can connect to third-party services, including Google Calendar, only when you authorize the connection.
  • When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize agtc.app to list available calendars and to create, update, and delete agtc.app-managed synced events in the calendar targets you enable.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing the events that are synced to your Google Calendar and for disconnecting the integration if you no longer want agtc.app to sync events.
  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, availability, and account controls.
  • You can disconnect integrations from agtc.app settings or from the third-party account permissions page.

Content and artifacts

  • You keep ownership of the content you submit to agtc.app.
  • You grant agtc.app permission to process, store, display, publish, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service and the features you choose to use.
  • If you publish or share an artifact, form, demo, document, link, or custom-domain page, it may be visible to anyone with access to the relevant link, domain, subdomain, or workspace permission.
  • You are responsible for confirming that published or shared materials do not contain confidential, unlawful, infringing, or sensitive information that should not be public.
  • We may remove or restrict content if we believe it violates these terms, creates security risk, infringes rights, or exposes the service or users to legal or operational harm.

Privacy and data protection

  • Our Privacy Policy at https://agtc.app/en/privacy explains what data agtc.app collects, how it uses Google Calendar data, how data is stored and shared, and how users can disconnect or revoke access.
  • You must have the necessary rights and permissions before uploading personal data, confidential business information, client materials, credentials, or third-party content to agtc.app.
  • Do not upload secrets, passwords, credentials, or regulated data unless the specific workflow asks for them and you understand who in the workspace may access them.

Availability and changes

  • We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Features may change as the product evolves, including integrations, publishing, sync behavior, and dashboard workflows.
  • We may modify, pause, rate-limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.

Disclaimer and liability

  • agtc.app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, user-provided content, decisions made from project materials, or losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or business operations change.
  • If a change materially affects your use of agtc.app, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify affected users in the product or by email.
